2. What the service does

Shopify Products Importer reads publicly available product data from Shopify store URLs that you enter and converts it into a CSV file in Shopify's official product import format. The service is provided free of charge.

3. Acceptable use

You agree that you will:

• Respect the intellectual property rights, terms and policies of the stores whose public data you export.
• Not use the exported data for anything unlawful or misleading.
• Not attempt to overload, disrupt or abuse the service (for example with automated high-volume requests).
• Not misrepresent this tool as an official Shopify product.

4. Your responsibility for exported data

Product titles, descriptions, images and other exported content belong to the respective store owners. You are solely responsible for how you use the exported data and for obtaining any permissions required to reuse it.

5. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will work with every store.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EDGETRACK LTD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service.

7. Advertising

The website may display third-party advertisements (for example Google AdSense). We are not responsible for the content of the ads shown or the websites they link to.

8. Changes to the service and these terms

We may change, suspend or discontinue the service at any time, and we may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page.
